Connecticut is one of the most interesting lines form the Rubin family. The wrapper leaf used has typical aromas and is at its best when used skilfully, with the filler not overpowering. The term 'Natural Shade' refer to totbacco grown in areas where, during the growing season, the plants are protected from the sun by widespread cloud cover.

Aromas of bread crust, spice, pepper and honey are perceived. The Gordo is the most intense at this stage.

The cigars have a sweet tendency, fresh smoke, and are smooth on the palate. Aromas of fresh bread, minerals, hydrocarbons, balsamic notes, liquorice and light ethereal notes can be detected. The Nano is the most intense at this stage, slightly stronger than the other two. In this cigar, the balsamic notes give way to strong resinous notes and the mineral is more pronounced.

A medium strength, balanced, intense and decidedly complex cigar. The persistence after smoking is pleasant and long.
